Sad
I am sad.
But that's okay. It's good to be sad sometimes, I think.
Actually, I believe that if everyone was happy all the time, and that if we never had anything to fuss and fret and worry about, we would probably all be more miserable that we are now.
Sometimes, happiness can become very overwhelming. It's like chocolate; eating some is good, but eating too much will give you a toothache. Or a cavity. Or cause problems with your health. And while it might seem nice in the beginning, it can get to be too much over time.
On the other hand, I don't think it's good to be sad all the time, either. Too much sadness can also cause harm, especially to the mind.
Sadness cause lead to depression, stress, anxiety, insecurity, and lots of other bad things. But don't get me wrong, it's not bad to experience these things. Everyone does at certain times in there life, with and without reason. But experiencing these feelings too much or two often is not good.
But that doesn't mean you're a bad person if you do. It just means that maybe you need some help. A family member or a friend; someone to be your companion, and help sprinkle a little extra happiness into your life. It will take time, but it will help.
Happiness can't exist without sadness. Sadness can't exist without happiness.
The two balance each other out. And sometimes they get out of sync.
But it's okay, because eventually they'll come back together, and everything will be alright again.
It just takes time.
It might be hard. But it will be worth it in the end. I know it.
Just hold in there. And don't give up.
